Preparation & Cooking
Microwave oven: Heat it at full power, 5 seconds per slice. For even crispier bacon, allow 10 to 15 seconds per slice. The number of seconds may vary depending on the power of your microwave oven. Pan: Heat it at medium-high, 10 seconds per side. Conventional oven: Place bacon slices on cooking sheet. Heat 2 minutes at 220C (425F), to desired crispness.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in burgers, sandwichs, subs. Excellent for pizza topping.
Packaging & Storage
Precooked bacon slices of 5 (length), selection 1, packed in pouches of 100 slices and put in boxe- Cut 14-16 sl./pound- 16 sl./2po 3 x 100 slices. Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to use.
