Preparation & Cooking
Prepare from frozen state. Grill: Preheat lightly greased griddle to 350 F. Place frozen liver on griddle. Cooking time, turning once, 4 to 5 minutes- or until internal temperature reaches 160 F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place frozen liver on ungreased baking pan. Cooking time 24 to 28 minutes- or until internal temperature reaches 160 F.

Traditional liver and onions.
Packaging & Storage
Product is packaged inside a carboard outer carton. Inner packaging consists of 9 layers of 4 plus 1 layer od 4 slices with paper interleaves under the bottom stack and between layers, inside a clear poly bag. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F. Store for up to 365 days from date of manufacture.
