 1. Shake well before use. 2. Align arrow on spray nozzle with red dot. 3. Hold can 8 inch-10 inch away from cooking surface or pans, away from any heat source, spark or flame. 4. Spray a light coating over entire area to be used. Do not over spray. 5. Avoid excessive heat and do not refrigerate or freeze. Note: Can sprays best at room temperature. Freshness date on bottom.
